Life, The Universe and All That’s In It
This page is for you the STUDENT… whether you’re a geek, a complete sports fanatic or someone in between…
We know that “UR gr8 and maybe just a little bit crZ?” too (in a totally good way of course). So we are here to help you see your uniqueness and “total awesomeness”.
At the end of the Career Sure process you get a nice, shiny report telling you how INCREDIBLE you are – you know the stuff you’ve been telling your parents for years (except now you have something really official to show them and best of all its scientifically based so they have to believe it).
We know you have lots of questions you want answers for and hopefully we have covered off the stuff you need to know below.
If you still have questions though – check out the rest of our site, the FAQ page or contact us and we’ll get on it.
P.S. If your PARENTS want to look at something they can go HERE – we even gave them their own button!
What Am I Supposed To Do With My Life?
Don’t fret. Big career decisions deserve time and, if you make a mistake, it’s never too late…
Sometimes we just don’t know where to begin when choosing a career. We consult our parents and our friends because they know us best out of everyone, but even they don’t know everything – and the last thing you want is to be stuck doing something you hate.
There are a number of ways you can choose a career or the right job for you and, while trial and error is one way, you can dispense with the hassle by narrowing down the field a little – when you know what you’re good at, where your aptitudes are and what you’re naturally gifted to do, making the right choices will be much easier.
CareerSure is a quick, easy and fun way to get some direction and clarity on what’s best for you – not what others say, but what’s best for you.
What Should I Study?
Whether you are still at school, leaving soon or already studying at a tertiary level – you want to make sure that you will study towards a career in something you will enjoy doing.
By finding out what your natural aptitudes are, you will know what best fits you and have confidence choosing subjects or a field of study that complements the amazing individual you were designed to be.
CareerSure can help you be sure of yourself, and sure that what you study towards will benefit you with a career you love.
Why Should I do CareerSure Now?
Although a lot of things will change in your life over the next few years, we know for a fact that your natural abilities (or aptitudes) stay exactly the same from about age 16 years old for the rest of your life.
When we know our true strengths and how to use our abilities we gain confidence and have a tool for life which helps not only with careers and study direction but also in building successful relationships with others and preventing frustration.
So in a nutshell – the earlier you do this in your life – the more “naturally” successful you will be.
School is Boring / Tests are Hard
We actually hear this alot – You are not alone feeling this way!
Most of the time school is boring or hard because you are not actually learning the best way that fits you.
You may find it hard to keep up with your class or are so far ahead of everyone else that you just tune out, you might be frustrated or maybe the subject just doesn’t interest you or you seem to always get in trouble with that one teacher!
By taking the Natural Abilities test and applying what you learn about yourself like what makes you “tick” (personality and temperament) and how you learn stuff it will give you the tools you need to help bust the boredom and learn or revise in a way that works for you.
TESTS – AARRH…. No-one really likes to do a test but NEVER FEAR – the type of “testing” we do with CareerSure is quite different from what you do at school (although there are a couple of quick paper questionnaires to do first up).
We do a task based session (like playing with cubes) within a small group which most people find really fun and the time goes by quickly.
… but you don’t have to take our word on this – check out what some of our past students have said in the student testimonials (right).
